Holiday Inn Winchester Se-Historic Gateway by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean property. Extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great value."
Hotel Roanoke & Conference Ctr, Curio Collection by Hilton
8/10 Good
"Room is clean and the mattress and pillows comfortable. Staff were nice especially the food and beverage manager. Setting is beautiful but it is outrageously expensive. I would not stay here again, the amenities were not worth the price."
Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood-Rt 419&i581 by IHG
8/10 Good
"Very professional staff. Really liked restaurant and bar. Nice location."
The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The Omni Homestead is amazingly beautiful! To steward this historic property and keep it in this condition is a feat in and of itself! It’s also nestled in a beautiful area, although I wish they would invest a bit in downtown Hot Springs. It would be great to have another restaurant option for busy nights. It was packed while we were there. Three weddings! I think that made the Saturday pool experience a little subpar (hard to find a chair and they stopped serving food for a while) and an attention to detail a little lacking at times (hair in the shower drain when we arrived, water stations not refilled, public bathrooms needing to be cleaned and restocked toward the end of the day and our room keys turned off even though we paid for a late checkout). All that to say it seemed like they were stretched thin on staff, but the actual staff could not have been nicer! These minor things did not overshadow the beauty of the resort or the great time we had - you just expect a lot when you pay almost $1000 a night!"
