I have never had such a bad experience via hotels.com as a loyal customer all these years. First, the hotel location was wrong on the map and it took us 45 mins to ask around and finally arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Upon check-in, the staff didn’t receive any booking from hotels.com and the didn’t seem to be able to handle the situation. I requested to first get us a guest room as stated in my phone confirmation, he didn’t even know what “queen bed” means and it was after changing rooms twice we got our booked room type! Worse still, when we were waiting for the whole process to complete, we had to put up with the lobby smell that stank like vomit! Oh yeah and there’s no fridge in the guest rooms u less requested otherwise. I don’t know why hotels.com is representing this messy and unprofessional hotel. I have stayed in hostels or even USD8 per night camp before, so I am not a demanding person at all when it comes to accommodation, but this is unacceptable to a point that I will consider options other than hotels.com
