"I think the main thing about this hotel was the staff. I have never experienced that absolutely everyone was as pleasant, welcoming and easy to deal with. I think whatever is going on on the culture side of things is doing a stellar job. It is outstanding! And of course, the facility, room, bed sheets were great as well.
