"Super friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious - we had the Japanese breakfast on one day and the buffet the other day. The room was very clean and they helped us bring our suitcases to our room which was very helpful. The hotel is also very close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit as well as transit options which was great. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This was such a charming resort. We felt like it was the adult version of a Disney-style Japanese onsen. The facility was spotless. The staff was remarkably helpful. Almost everyone chose to wear the traditional garb or kimono while walking throughout the property. Our room was stunning! Wish we had a longer stay at Jazankei Yurakusoan."

"Bed was quite comfortable, but several large pillows. The bathtub was massive, perfect for a long bath after a long travel day. The highlight, though, was the well equipped gym. It is one of the better hotel gyms we’ve ever used."

"The hotel is conveniently located and very close to the Nakajima Park subway station. The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is a good size. I didn't know where the strong bad smell came from along the floor where I stayed during the day. Luckily, the bad smell was gone in the evening."

"Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is overall well managed and kept. Great location in a pretty and peaceful setting. A bit far from shopping district but only 15 mins walk. The only complaint is the Japanese style breakfast on 11F is a bit slow and the service is not as good."

"The staff were helpful with all of my requests, they understood enough English, so if I got stuck whilst trying to use Japanese they were able to incur my intentions without any real difficulty. A lot of reviews I saw complained expecting that they should know how to speak our language, incorrect. You came to their country, so you either need to learn the language or at least use translator apps. The only real drawback I had was that due to having several large tattoos, I was unable to use the spa areas, however if like me you have large tattoos, there is a very good tattoo-friendly onsen not to far away called Hōheikyō Onsen and they also have a fantastic Indian restaurant inside too."
