"위치는 스스키노 역에서 두블럭정도라 아주 좋았고 방은 트리플인데도 트윈 크기에 침대를 억지로 하나더 놓은 상태라 좁게 지냈음 직원들은 친절하고 조식도 아기자기하게 먹을만 했음. 다만 1층 공용화장실은 지린내가 많이 났음. 가격대비 괜찮은 편임."

"Wonderful stay! The staff were all very respectful and welcoming and felt proud to be working there. The rooms were lovely and the onsens were so varied and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food was cooked with care. Overall, a great experience in a fantastic location for sightseeing and with some delicious places to eat nearby (and of course conbini :)."

"Lovely surprise of an accommodation! Everything you needed, tiny home living, extremely clean, great atmosphere and plenty of toiletries. Loved the layout of the bedrooms on either end, giving ample privacy. You could sometimes hear the room next door and their inhabitants moving around, but I guess that is to be expected. And it would have been nice to have some cutlery. Other than that, a very pleasant experience and lots of fun for the kids!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We weren't sure about the location at first, but Susukino district and Odori station area (happened to be a few of our day trips' meeting point) were about 20min walk away, and we took advantage of the hotel's free shuttle to the Sapporo station also (which we could utilize with our suitcases), that got us there within 20minutes. Staff were nice, some English-speaking, the room was spacious, and in-room amenities were well thought, from the PJs to the slippers. We loved the 10th floor lounge which offered self-service drinks from 7am to 11pm (snacks and even Sapporo beers during specific times!) and met other tourists there. Vending machines and a communal microwave were available, which I think isn't common at high end hotels with multiple restaurant services which was great. We didn't utilize the public bath, but the signage implied that people with a tattoo are still welcome as long as they cover it up with stickers/ plasters which, knowing the standard practices in Japan, is pretty generous and accepting. Overall, worthwhile. Unless I need quicker access to the station area, this will be my next stay in Sapporo."

"I liked clean, big size room with comfortable pillow and new bedding. Location is little off the center but it could be good for that reason for some people. Nakajima park is just around the corner. I suggest renting a row boat to look around park setting, offered rate at 80O yen per 40 minutes, reasonable price and lovely experience to observe birds and various wild lives living on Hokkaido nature. There is L . Bernstein memorial statue in the park for classical music fans which I missed. Breakfast spread was mixed with Japanese and western, I enjoyed fresh yogurt and house made pudding most. Staff provided information of coin laundry which was very helpful to me but I wish they also provide airport bus info at arrival to make the service even more perfect, if I may suggest. Also had a chance to use big bath in the house. Not crowded and exceptionally clean at the time of use, thank you for amazing job you do!"

"Property was great ..... spacious rooms with a mini kitchenette only downside to it is that no housekeeping for the 4 days we stayed. Amenities were readily available at the front desk but I would still prefer a room cleaning atleast once in my 4 day stay. A fresh linen makes a great difference. All else is great......"
