The staff were wonderful and very helpful but it is the most bizarre hotel I've ever stayed at. From the decor to the bird noises inside the hotel I was a bit confused. Loved the spa bath though. I'll probably go back because it's so weird. My kind of place.

They seem to be short staffed though it’s probably the norm for hotels like these but still very satisfied with my stay here. The room was very large especially for Japan and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a walk to the station but doable. Try staying on the main road to the hotel. We took a back road after stopping at a convenient store and had to walk on a road with no sidewalk with our luggage.
