“Breakfast was great. Especially the French toast. Classic preparation.”

“We hadn't expected to book a place like this but we were so pleased we did since it was so beautiful and peaceful. The views when the sun set and rise were extraordinary with the river in perfect view. I loved drinking coffee while watching barges go by. The tiny home had everything we needed and more from plenty of towels to comfortable furniture inside and out on the deck. The bed was firm and the whole place was very clean. It looks brand new and had nicer kitchen cookware than most. ...

“This apartment was very clean and newly renovated with all the amenities. Loved the historic aspects of the building. The library for guests was very welcoming. Nice outdoor space including a wrap-around balcony on the front of the building overlooking downtown. Great location with all of downtown in a walkable distance. Several close restaurants and shops. Easy on-site parking.”

“We chose this location for the ease of its 1/2 way point to Orange Beach the next day We stayed in Kate’s room with a king bed which had ample parking right next to our room which made unloading and loading so easy. We were steps away from downtown Vicksburg for exploring and dining! Morning breakfast was!!! Fresh & Delicious So charming a place for a quick stop, priced well for such great accommodations friendly staff Amy, Tammy and Sam the owner!”

“Don’t miss the post breakfast tour, which is really interesting.”

“Beware if you are booking this property. Lots of stairs. Ask about access to your room. My 77 year old wife and I had to laboriously trudge our way up THREE step stories of stairs. All while trying to lug a small suit case. No one at the facility even offers to assist. Will not book again.”

“The tour of the Duff mansion was exquisite & so were the accommodations!! Authentic furniture & furnishings of the 1800s. The gal tour guide went way beyond in details & historic retelling of stories; & our welcome was very warm with a wine mtg at the mansion. The breakfast was fancy & super good. We met wonderful guests from all over- even Europe. It was a very special experience to go back in time & relive the Civil War era. All the extras the owner provides is extraordinary!! This is a must...

“Friendly staff”

“Great hotel quite, comfortable beds. Great location”

“Priceless balcony view of the Mississippi River and bridge. The room and bathroom were both quite spacious, and the staff was friendly. Minuses were that the internet connection was unreliable and frequently dropped, and noise from the hallway and outside was easy to hear. Breakfast was not included in the price, which felt like a missed opportunity. Despite those issues, the room quality and outstanding river views made this a memorable stay.”

“Front desk staff was awesome. However the rooms are very basic, with no blackout curtains and not the cleanest. Tub/shower handles were loose. Old urine and dust were at the base of the toilet. I cleaned it up myself. A train passing horn blowing at 6-7AM. Dog food kibbles found in corner. Room door had to be slammed shut to close. Overall outside upkeep is not a priority. Crosswalk light does not work crossing street to and from hotel to parking garage. No front desk night person, but a...

“Cozy and clean! Great location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!”

“The rooms were clean but absolutely stank of weed. Pretty scary being on balconies as loads of noise, screaming, barking. Location was good. Was worried somebody might burst through the doors at any point.”

“The manager was nice and helpful. The price was good.”

“An ok stay”
