"Hotel is convenient located across from Yunessen, so it’s served by many buses. The hotel was undergoing some significant renovations to its garden during our stay, and it sadly resulted in all of the curtains to be drawn in the restaurant for the meals. The breakfast and dinner buffet selection was somewhat basic and limited, coupled with the lack of any outside views, made the dining experience quite miserable considering the price that we paid for the room. The room itself was average - we expected toiletries such as body lotion to be provided at this class of hotel. There was free basic coffee in the lobby but the machine looked like it could do lattes and espressos - it just wasn’t turned on for guests. The outdoor onsen was very nice - I felt there was a missed opportunity for them to market it as an infinity onsen if they just removed those tall frosted glass. The garden was amazing though and the kids play area was very well done with sketching tablet feature. We had strangely minimal interactions with the staff - they helped with checking in but checkout was automated and luggage storage was also fully automated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with the exception of the dining environment that was below expectation."

"This was an amazing hotel as far as the aesthetics and ambiance. The room was fantastic, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is beautiful and very modern and clean. The staff did seem a bit judgemental and I did not feel as welcome as I would've liked for the type of hotel and money you pay. I would recommend this hotel to locals that speak the language but but not to foreigners that look different than what they accept. Especially if you have tattoos or have a different look than what they're used to seeing. Overall great hotel but myself and my guest did not feel welcome. I would not stay here only for that reason. There's so many options to choose from in the same price point that will give you better service."

"A unique property beautifully mainted to the the original standard it was built. Staff extremely professional. Enjoyed the fixed course breakfast and al a carte dinner but try and reserve upon arrival since there are very few alternative dinner options in the area."

Hotel MONday Haneda Airport

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and eager to assistin any way possible. I loved that they offered shuttle service to the Haneda airport. The bathroom was a good size and my room had adequate space for two people. It would have been nicer if they offered a few amenities like coffee and bottled water in the room since they had a kettle with cups. Also, I would have preferred breakfast included in the total price. Instead the breakfast buffet was 1800 yen, which is still reasonable. They also offered some snacks and drinks for sale. The television only had a few channels broadcasting via antenna, no streaming apps. The area neighborhood was very quiet however, I can hear the TVs in the rooms near me. The room lights, ac, and refrigerator are operated by inserting a room key. Therefore, the room temperature and refrigerator may shut off when you leave the room. The surrounding area offered a few restaurants and convenience stores within a few blocks. I didn't see any souvenir shops in the immediate area. Overall, it was a nice clean place to stay at a decent price for my one night stay and had convenient transportation to the airport."
