"The hotel and room was clean. But not immaculate. I think the over all need for updating gives it that feel. For an old hotel, it is very clean. The bed was very hard. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is excellent. Close to many tourist sites, grocery store, restaurants…even MacDonald’s. Tho the only Japanese food we found nearby was in the grocery store."
"1.The room.is spacious; after putting 3 bed still have lots of walking space.
2.The bath room comes in double sinks, bath tub facing the ferry wheel; extra standing bath room, separated toilet bowl in a small room.
3. First time we have balcony in the room, facing the river and ferry wheel .
4. Lots of shopping mall.
5. Linked with mrt to main train line."
"The hotel is a bit old but the staff is kind. The room was on the small side and the view was of the roof. There is a pool but guests still have to pay and tattoos must be covered."
"Love the APA Hotels. Rooms are a bit small but for me as a solo traveler, It’s was ok. Very clean, very friendly, helpful staff. Right on the bay, looking over the Ferris wheel and a 10min walk to the cup noodles museum. 10/10!"
"First time in Japan. Glad to have selected this hotel. We had a beautiful view of Yokohama bay. Great room....bath tub. Fitness room- a little tight but had sufficient equipment. The on site buffet- wonderful."
