"We booked this hotel for it proximity to the cruise terminal. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful. From helping with our cases, local information and just supreme efficiency they were amazing! The room was very large and had a huge bed. It was immaculately clean, with every amenity you might want inside. I slept so well, like I was on a cloud! I wish I had their bed at home. The buffet breakfast had everything! In the Japanese section the salmon was delicious, My following cruise has some high standards to follow!"
Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda

"Very nice clean room and the staff was very helpful. I realized too late that their airport shuttle only goes to the airport. There isn’t one for pickup from Haneda to the hotel. That was my fault for not reading the description carefully. It is about a ¥1000 taxi ride or taking the train from Haneda, one stop (the station is right outside the hotel entrance)."

"Loved the rooms and the hotel. Not too impressed by the Brewery Restaurant but other places were good. Not many staff spoke English but managed the language barrier. Ideal location to all kinds of things"

"This is definitely a must-stay hotel! My room was exceptionally clean, and I loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The onsen was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to relax and unwind. It was exactly what I needed for my last day in Japan! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
