"I've been in this hotels a few times before in different rooms, and while the view is the best, the customer experience was declining. The rooms are good size, at least those with bay view, the bathroom is even better. Amenities are not as good as other Japanese hotels in the same category, but enough for someone who forgot to bring a razor or toothbrush."
