"Nice location, sold economy choice for lodging. If from US - it is a Choice hotel brands level of stay - clean and no frills. Breakfast is included but you get vouchers that can be used in the afternoon and evening for lattes, snacks, happy hour drinks, or even a light dinner. "

"The service was amazing and seamless! The staff were extremely friendly and put in a lot of effort to make my stay special. I was traveling alone for my birthday and the staff went the extra mile to decorate my room :) The breakfast is a must, they have amazing dishes and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the views from the room breathtaking, and the room itself was fantastic. Very clean and designed well. The location is a plus! You are walking distance from Shibuya train station, amazing restaurants in the immediate area, there is a a shopping center on the ground floor with fantastic coffee shops, and if you don't mind walking you can get to Harajuku in less than 20 minutes! Thank you to the Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya staff for making my first visit to Japan a truly memorable one! The hospitality was unmatched and I will definitely stay here again in the future."
