The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating...

“Love this place! Great ambience on far edge of town, nestled in pines. Pet-amenable, with large adjacent wooded lot for great dog walks. Quiet, but with basics (gas, dining, groc) nearby without having to drive to town. Clean but basic rooms. A little “light” on amenities (No ice machine, very basic breakfast). But, I’m into basic and like not paying for bling I’ll never use. ”

“Room I reserved was not on record, and none was available. Bathroom/shower so small , lucky to walk in , forget about wheelchair or walker. Bed so high , had to use step stool to get wife in bed. Never use you again.”

“There was no staff at this hotel. It was run by a property management company that let you in remotely. You had to call a number and send texts to reach anyone. And it appears part of the hotel is rented out as long-term rentals. The room had been remodeled, the fixtures were new, but the cleanliness was lacking severely.”
