Margaritaville Resort Casino
We booked a king, dropped our luggage off. Went to concert, realized we had two queens. Contacted hotel and was informed over booking or reservation issues and that’s all they had. But, I explained it allowed me to book. Must of been after us. Needless to say, we weren’t happy.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
Room was not as nice as I expected. No cleaning or bedding change after check in date. No excitement about the place. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
