“Never saw a staff member the entire weekend stay…only a sign at the front desk stating “we stepped away from front desk, we will back momentarily” (yes, with the incorrect grammar). The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary...

“We were traveling home because my husband broke his ankle in AZ and we needed to see a surgeon at home. The staff was wonderful in getting us a downstairs room and helped us as much as possible. I truly appreciate them!!! Our room was very clean and breakfast was good. We did not use any of the amenities. We were exhausted!!”

“The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”
