"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! Keep in mind this is a eco lodge not a hotel so it’s more on the rustic side but so cute! Staff was very friendly. There was a cute place to do yoga. The cenote has two docks and an upstairs deck looking over cenote with...

"We booked to stay for 4 days we lasted 1 night. They don’t have staff, the restaurant closes at 3pm. No alcohol, no food. There is no restaurants around it. No stores to bit any needs. Our tv remote didn’t has batteries we were told they can bring them the next day. There was no WiFi and the signal was terrible so we had no mobile service or TV. Don’t waste your money. Stay at Cancun not Tulum "

"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged.
The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.
Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to...

"Exquisite small boutique hotel. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms and grounds, wonderful food. The beach itself was also perfect. It’s located south of the noisy nightlife section of SoTu and across the street from Nu - an incredible Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend!"

" Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store. "
"The service was incredible - I felt right at home and safe as a solo traveller. The area around the property was not very developed and taxis overcharge."
"A Truly Restorative Stay — Our Home Away From Home
This was our second time staying here, and we would absolutely return again. From the moment we arrived, it felt like coming home. It’s the perfect place to recharge.
We were welcomed with a delicious, health-conscious drink that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The front-desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.
The rooms are beautiful—rustic yet refined—with plunge pools, thoughtful décor, and all the amenities you could need, from blow dryers and robes to additional curated items available for purchase.
With three restaurants on site, the dining experience is a highlight. There’s Japanese, Mediterranean, and an open-air beachfront restaurant, La Popular Nômade Temple, which offers fresh fish from the Caribbean Sea and a dining experience rooted in simplicity and connection to nature. Everything we ordered was not only beautifully plated but delicious. The servers were attentive, helpful, and incredibly warm—many even remembered us by name.
The beach was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to find no sargasso seaweed during our visit.
The spa was incredible, offering a range of traditional Mexican treatments focused on deep relaxation and healing. The wellness program is also robust, with complimentary yoga, breathwork, outdoor ceremonies, and unique experiences available for purchase. Our only suggestion would be to increase capacity—classes fill up quickly, especially during busy weeks.

"Third time staying here and still an amazing resort but couldn’t help to notice they are slowly losing their personal touches that made it so special.
1st time was in 2023 and met with smiling faces, valet parking, gift package in the room. 2nd time 2024 all the same with a nice gift bag with sun screen, aloe and bug spray. 3rd time 2025, no valet, no gift bag, friendliest was dwindling and when asked for my car, they gave me my keys and said it’s in the dirt parking lot out back and I can get it myself. 5 star resort is going downhill…"
