L’endroit est magnifique avec une vue sur la montagne d’Atlas. La piscine n’est pas chauffé par contre. Endroit à venir avec une météo adapté. La chambre n’avait pas de chauffage, la nuit la plus froide de ma vie, il fait froid dans le désert.

Séjour incroyable ! Tout était parfait : le cadre est magnifique, très dépaysant, le service impeccable et le personnel vraiment agréable et attentionné. Les repas étaient variés et délicieux, tout comme le petit déjeuner, très copieux. Une expérience unique, paisible et magique. Nous aurions adoré rester plus longtemps !

Séjour catastrophique. Franchement, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’accès est une galère monumentale, surtout avec une petite voiture : les routes sont dans un état lamentable, non adaptées, voire dangereuses. Et n’espérez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prétend hôtel. L’accueil ? Inexistant. La personne en charge gérait aussi le restaurant en même temps, donc aucun professionnalisme. Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois pour une simple serviette. Zéro organisation. Et le pire : l’insécurité. L’hôtel ne propose aucune vraie sécurité. Résultat : voiture de location abîmée sur leur parking, et quand je demande à voir les caméras, on m’annonce qu’elles ne fonctionnent pas. Sérieusement ? C’est irresponsable et totalement inacceptable. Maintenant c’est moi qui paie les dégâts. Merci l’arnaque. Seul point potable : le petit-déjeuner. Correct, sans plus. Mais ça ne sauve en rien l’expérience désastreuse. Pour un établissement de ce prix, c’est une vraie blague. Beaucoup trop de choses à revoir, à commencer par le respect des clients. Fuyez.
