"One of my top hotel experiences of my life so far. I've stayed in some of the fanciest resorts and hotels you can name throughout the world and this one takes the cake. Laundry included, two separate beautiful pools, attentive staff, café opens at 4 AM with fresh croissants at 4:30 AM, free daily massages, incredible clean updated rooms with everything you could possibly need, Complementary tuck tuck tuck you around town or wherever you need, cold hand towels waiting when you return the resort without fail, every tour they arranged for us was top-notch and reasonable, located in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Matcha whatever you need, complementary incredible breakfast and restaurant on site, twice daily housekeeping, no tipping until you check out, the owner greeted us at check-in and explained everything and was a delight. I can't say enough. If you're going to Siem Riep stay here!"

"Great location. Poor soundproofing in room. Very small bedroom tv. Staff at pool bar provided poor service and were more interested in chatting with each other. Jacuzzi sauna and steam and sauna not available due to servicing. Noise transfer from housekeeping chatting loudly when servicing nearby rooms. Very disappointing stay"

"I loved this hotel, I got an upgrade in my room bc my status in Expedia and a 10 dollars gift card , the room was great , Ac very strong I loved that and the bed was one of the best thing … breakfast was fine as well , and the staff was extra friendly, they even let me check out 1 hour later for free …the only thing I didn’t like was the pool, the water feels weird and the pool is not in the best shape but I saw a sign they they will closed it for 2 weeks for repairs so it will be great soon… 100% recommend"

"The hotel staff are wonderful, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious! They were incredibly accommodating—when I requested a room on a higher floor, they moved me immediately. Throughout my stay, the team was responsive, friendly, and respectful, which made a big difference. The location is excellent, and I really enjoyed the pool—it was the perfect temperature and very clean. I also loved the thoughtful touch of fresh fruit being left in my room every day. I highly recommend this hotel!"
