위치 만족함 근처 쇼핑몰 스벅등 식당가 있음 워킹스트릿까지 걸어서10분 객실이 너무 큼 화장실도 큼 다만 샤워기가 따로없고 머리위에 고정형임 객실내에 흔들쇼파가 있는데 뭔짓을 했는지 모를 얼룩들이 있었음

Nice
It looks better from the outside than the inside, definitely. People describe this hotel as 'old', but I wouldn't say that. Some parts need changes, but the general tone was not outdated. Average staff, average room, a bit too much on the lobby decoration, but the room is slightly expensive given that breakfast is not included.

The room was vast and clean; I requested for 2 beds but we got one instead, but it was okay because I think this one huge bed was even bigger than 2 single beds combined. The room was clean, and the bath room was clean; the staff was just ordinary, not very super kind(people in Siem Reap was usually very super friendly and kind - I know it's business, but still, I appreciated very much.) nor unfriendly - quite different from my previous hotel experience in Siem Reap. It's right in the middle of the town, close to the museum and lucky mall. There's nothing in the mall though. Also it's very quite at night, even though it's right beside the road.

1월23일부터 26일까지 3박 묵었습니다. 여동생과 엄마와 저, 이렇게 셋이서 패밀리스위트룸 이용했습니다. 방이 아주 넓고 세면대도 2개여서 편했어요. 조식은 종류가 아주 많지는 않지만 잘 먹는 음식들 위주로 있었고 아주 맛있었어요. 특히 주문하면 바로 만들어주시는 오믈렛이나 국수가 아주 맛있었어요. 위치는 옆이 럭키몰이라 이동할 때 편하고 좋았어요. 나이트마켓까지는 툭툭이타고 5~7분 정도 걸렸던 것 같아요. 무엇보다도 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 많은 나라, 많은 호텔들을 가보았지만 여기만큼 친절한 직원들은 처음 봐요. 그래서 생전 처음으로 호텔 후기도 써봅니다. 이름도 외워주려 하고 여행 일정 조언도 해주고 항상 밝은 미소로 인사하며 안부를 물으시더라구요. 엘리베이터가 망가져서 4층까지 오르락내리락 힘들었는데 다음날 로비층 방 빠지자마자 바로 옮겨주셔서 감사했어요. 공항 드랍서비스 때도, 자주 뵀던 직원 분이 함께 가주시며 배웅해주시고.. 암튼 자신들이 할 수 있는 최선을 해주려 노력하시더라구요. 여행을 다녀온 후에도 직원분들이 자꾸 떠오른다며 너무 좋았다고 엄마가 자주 말씀하셨어요. 다음에 또 캄보디아에 간다면 이 호텔 또 갑니다^^ 감사했어요!

행복했던 3박-멤와디부티크앙코르호텔
낯선곳으로의 여행에서 숙박이 차지하는 비중은 참으로 크다. 한국에서 많은 검색을 통해 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약한 멤와디앙코르부티크호텔에 대한 만족도는 상상 이상이었다. 새벽 0시가 넘어 들어선 씨엠립입국장에는 내 이름이 뚜렷하게 인쇄된 호텔 직원이 마중나와 있어서 편하게 호텔에 도착했다. 시설도, 분위기도 만족스러웠다. 아침마다 별도 제공해주는 쌀국수는 입맛에 맞았고, 호텔 소개를 요청한 뚝뚝은 합니적인 가격(시내 2~4불, 1일 대여하여 반떼이쓰레이-전쟁박물관-와트마이사원-세라믹공예촌등을 돌아 호텔로 돌아오는 비용은 28달러로 합리적인 여행을 할 수 있도록 도와주었다. 친절한 미소와 또 예약한 클룩 직원이 오지않자 직접 연락해서 픽업을 도와준 점, 모든 직원들이 친절이 몸에 베어있는듯 하다. 마지막 귀국을 위해 호텔을 나설때 도로가까지 지배인이 환송해준것은 정말 감동이었다. 이번 여행은 멤와디앙코르부티크호텔과 이곳을 합리적인 금액으로 3박 예약할 수 있도록 한 호텔스닷컴의 도움으로 정말 즐거운 여행이 되었다. 모든 관계자들께 행운과 건강을 빈다.

A very friendly hotel.
I stayed in room 315 for 7 days. The hotel has a very friendly staff and a quiet environment. Among the various staff, Mark was especially kind to us. He really needs a raise!! You can make most of the tour reservations here at the hotel and the price is not that high compared to local tour packages. But due to the climate there may be a few mosquitoes in your room, so ask for a mosquito spray if you need it.

럭키몰 바로 옆으로 좋았어요.
부모님 모시고 간여행이라, 접근성이 편한곳으로 선택하였고, 패밀리 룸이 있는 곳으로 선택하였습니다. 일단 위치는 럭키몰 바로 옆이라 너무나 좋았구요. 호텔직원들이 매번바뀌는데, 매번 어떤지 인사해주고, 어디가는지, 도와줄꺼는 없는지 확인해주셨습니다. 다만. 호텔예약시 왕복 공항 픽업샌딩이 포함되어있었는데, 체크인시 불포함이라고 돈을 요구했고, 결국은 익스피디아와 통화후 무료로 진행하게 되었으며. 레이트체크아웃 요구시 이틀동안 계속 확인한다고만 하고 결국, 마지막날 확인후 레이트 체크아웃을 하게 되었습니다. 이런 후기는 처음써보는데 그이유는 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었기 때문입니다. 많은 직원들이 바뀌긴 했으나 누구하다 불친절한 직원없었고, 한국어를 할 수 있는 직원분 덕분에 이것저것 많은 도움도 받았으며. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고. 무엇보다. 럭키몰 바로 옆이라 이것저것 편리 했습니다. 다만. 작년1월에 갔을때는 펍스트리트에서 럭키몰까지 1불로 뚝뚝이 이동이 가능했는데, 이번 방문시에는 2불에서 1.5불로 가격이 오른듯합니다. 직원분들에게 다시한번 감사하다고 전하고 싶네요~

보통 한국이밤늦게 출발하는데 짐도잘맡겨주고 7달러공항예약 저녁에도착해서 더위에 지친나에게 편안하게 공짜로 샤워하게해주었다 특히 수영장 위치 특히 귀귀하기전 럭키몰에서바로사서대기하기 좋았음 럭키몰과20 미터도안됨 편안하게 묵었다 가격도 괸찮았어요

어디서던 접근하기 쉬운 위치
무료호텔픽업, 무료 와이파이, 무료조식, 수영장 등을 이용할 수 있다. 호텔은 다소 낡았으나 직원은 친절하고 관리를 잘하고 있다. 4층이 리모델링으로 공사중이어서 다소 어수선하였다. 3년전에 비해 미니바와 세탁서비스는 무료가 아니었다. 호텔에 달린 레스토랑은 음식이 꽤 훌륭했다.

The most good thing is the location. It takes just 10 min by walk to pub street and 10sec to lucky mall. Staffs are all so kind but little bit overpriced. Anyway totally i am satisfied with this hotel

럭키몰 바로 옆에 위치한 부티끄 호텔로, 수영장도 있어 가족단위로 이용하기 좋은 호텔입니다. 럭키몰을 포함한 다양한 샾들이 주변에 있어 필요한 물품을 구입하거나 맛사지를 받기에는 더 없이 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 나이트마켓까지도 천천히 걸어 10여분 정도면 도착하니 너무 번잡스럽지 않고 그렇다고 너무 시내와 먼곳이 아닌 곳을 선택하는 분들께는 최선의 선택이 아닐까 싶습니다. 예약한 방이 풀 부킹되어 첫날 더 작은 방에 자게 되는 불편함을 주어 첫 인상은 그리 좋지 못했지만, 전체적으로 친절한 직원들과 먹을만한 조식(넘 기대하진 마세요~^^), 편리한 위치로 모든 것이 용서되는 그런 호텔입니다. 방콕에 있는 좋은 호텔들과 비교하심 안된다는 사실을 잊지 않으신다면 묶기에 큰 불편없던 호텔이였습니다.

위치가 좋아서 더운날씨였지만 펍스트릿 등을 걸어서 다닐 수 있어서 좋았고, 직원들이 친절하고 영어도 잘 하셨습니다. 일정 끝내고 저녁시간에 수영장에서 놀기좋고, 작긴 하지만 피트니스실도 있어서 호텔 내부에서 이것저것 시간보내기 좋았어요. 큰 규모와 호화로움이 아니라 아기자기하고 조용하고 편리한 곳을 선호하는 분이라면 딱 맞을 거에요

Really kind staff, delicious breakfast, little bit small but comfortable swimming pool. Always 2-4 staffs are waiting for support in reception desk. Their spa & massage service is expensive comparing other massage shop, though they serve best quality and when you avoid midday's heat in hotel, those service will provide best.

호텔 메일로 공항 픽업을 부탁드렸는데 비행시간이 두번 정도 변경됐음에도 친절히 대해주셨고 공항 문앞에서 이름표 들고 기다려주셔서 좋았습니다. 프론트에 계신 분들도 친절하셨고 매번 호텔을 들어가고 나갈때 마다 문열어 주시고 저희가 지냈던 방에 침대가 너무 넓어서 정말 좋았네요. 위치도 럭키몰 바로 옆이라 슈퍼마켓 이용하기도 좋고 바로 앞에 SMART 샵이 있어서 여행자들 유심도 바로 구매할 수 있었구요. 좋은 여행하고 돌아왔습니다.

가족여행으로 해서 멤와에서 1박, 소카 앙코르에서 2박 했었는데요 조식은 여기가 더 맛있었던 것 같아요 ^^ 직원들도 친절하고 객실 깨끗하고. 부티크 호텔이라 그런지 인테리어도 수준급이었어요~~ 위치도 소카 앙코르에서 걸어서 2-3분? 정도~ 좋았구요. 여기서 1박만 한게 아쉬웠어요ㅎㅎ

캄보디아 호텔검색 중 위치와 가격면에서 나은거 같아 호텔스에서 제일 저렴하게 예약했어요~ 직접공항으로 픽업서비스도 나와주시고 마지막에 비행기 시간이 촉박하니깐 또 데려다주셨어요 . 시내에 위치하고있고 바로옆 럭키몰이 위치해있고 바로앞은 압살라 부페가있어 너무 편리하고 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 아침조식부페 역시 훌륭했어요. 야간수영장도 이용할수있고 꺠끗합니다. 추천드려요

안락하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 직원들의 서비스 마인드도 아주좋습니다. 3일을 슈페리어로 에약했는데, 마지막 3일째 되던날 스탠다드룸으로 이동하라고 해서 약간 마음이 상했습니다. 그방은 에어콘이 잘안들어와서 너무 더웠고 소음도 심해서 휴식에 방해를 줬습니다. 지권분은 미안하다며 계속 양해를 구했습니다 이점이 조금 아쉬웠고 전체적으로는 마음에 드는 호텔이었습니다.

My sister and I had a suite with twin beds. The beds were hard but very comfortable. Linen was top rate. Bathroom was dark and living area bright. Nice. The room was spacious and had table & chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a fabulous swing lounge. Pool was big and very well maintained. Water was hot due to many days in the high 30s. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods. Nice coffee machine too. Hotel close to many of Siem Reap attractions - easy walking or tuk-tuk to markets and Pub Street. We found a fabulous local restaurant which became our go to with all Cambodian food- Try Me. Was a treasured find

El servicio por parte del personal es excelente. El Hotel esta centrico, puedes visitar varios lugares a pie, como los mercados y Pub street. Las únicas cosas que no me gustaron fueron que los colchones de la cama estaban muy duros y que la regadera se inundaba.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always happy to help. The pool area was a great place to relax and was always keep clean. A great breakfast to start the day. I would certainly stay there again and I feel happy to recommend it to everyone

Sarada at the front desk is a treasure! She and her team took care of everything we asked for and her recommendations for excursions and sights to see were perfect for us. The hotel is very clean in a good location, the bed comfortable, the pool area has just the right amount of shade and sun. And the breakfast is divine! Good value and a wonderful stay all the way around. THANK YOU!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location was great, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Gym need's upgrades but was good enough for my workout.

Otimo hotel, com excelente localizacao. Cafe da manhã otimo. Funcionarios excelentes, como em toda Camboja. Piscina linda que usei muito. Restaurante legalzinho com precos em dolar (como todo Camboja) razoáveis para os brasileiros (usei 2 x). Meu quarto foi excelente, com uma cama imensa mesmo. Drink de chegada, ticket desconto pra massagem e ticket desconto pro restaurante (por quarto) que valem muito a pena. Voltaria com certeza.

近くにスーパーやコンビニエンスストア、薬局がいくつかあり、小さいながらも美味しい食堂、レストランがありますので、滞在するには非常に満足できました。シェムリアップという、少し地方にしては、食事を含めて物価が、高いと思いました。その反面、ホテル内のレストランは、他よりも同じか、若干高い程度で、美味しい料理を提供していたので、ぜひ使った方が良いです。特に、パスタが格別で何度もリピートしてしまいました。 施設全体的には、アジアであれば、普通な清潔感だと思います。冷蔵庫が冷えない、換気扇や冷蔵庫と思われる音が大きく、少し睡眠に影響があるのは少し残念でした。ホテル内のマッサージや、他スタッフの対応は、とてもよく、挨拶なども気持ち良く、しっかりしていたので、その点は高い評価です。最後に、ルームキーが１枚しか渡されませんでした。複数人の宿泊には２枚の提供が良いかと思います。次回は、検討していただければと思います。

Excellent stay in Siem Reap
We had an excellent stay, hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. Big thanks to Kimchinh and Surraya for their welcome and helping us book tours. Breakfast was exceptional and had a lot of variety to choose from. Their spa and beauty salon were very amazing as well. Location was ideal too, within downtown district and only 0.5 miles away from the night market. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Très bon hôtel mais peu mieux faire pour l’environnement
Personnel très professionnel, bon petit déjeuner buffet, lits grands et confortables, grande chambre avec tout le confort (bouilloire, thé- café, eau, coffre, frigo) vue sur des toits mais au moins c’était très calme. Bouteilles d’eau en verre et pas en plastique (très bien) mais la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours si on ne pense pas à demander qu’elle ne le soit pas, ( je préfère que ce soit le contraire ) petite salle de gym, je n’ai pas utilisé la piscine car il y avait toujours des enfants qui faisaient du bruit. Bon salon de coiffure (18$ shampoing, coupe, brushing + 8 $ pour pedicure avec pose de vernis) bon massage suédois.

Séjour très agréable
Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel situé dans un secteur calme. La piscine permet de se rafraichir après les journées chaudes. Commerces et services à proximité. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous sommes prêts à revenir.

Our stay here was lovely. Very good location, lovely room with balcony, nice staff. Pool was beautiful, everything very clean. We did a fantastic 2 day GetYourGuide tour if Angkor Wat, had great dinners at the Haven and Mahob Redtaurants. Book your own stuff, it is much more expensive through the hotel.

Great location & nice clean room
Perfect location. Easy walk to , Wat Bo, Pub street & Royal palace. Nice service. The receptionists always smile and very polite. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

A Hotel that lives up to its promises!
Reception staff were very helpful, welcome drink provided and speedy service.Rooms were traditional designs, and very comfortable beds. Swimming pool for an evening dip was pleasant, and free foot massage much appreciated

Early check in が出来て、助かりました。 テレビの電源が入らず、スタッフにお願いしてつけてもらいましたが、見られた番組は、中国のチャンネルひとつだけでした。 テレビのコントローラーが使えないので、消す時はコンセントを抜きました。　　 2020年1月に泊まった時は、朝食でエッグベネディクトを食べる事が出来ましたが、コロナ以降変わり、ライブで作ってくれるのはオムレツ、目玉焼きです。 となりのラッキーモールは閉店しました。すぐ買い物に行けるので便利でしたが、残念です。 エクスペディアの優待は、交渉しないともらえません。 日本語を話せるスタッフは居ないので、カタコトの英語でも、交渉しましょう！
