가깝고 좋아요
호텔에서 야시장등 거리가 걸어서 10분 뚝뚝타면 2분 정도 걸리구요 방이 넓네요 욕실도 많이 넓구요 ~ 10만원대에서는 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 생각 보다 조식은 먹을거 많이 있진 않았지만 괜찮았어요 ~ 수영장 이용은 안해서 보기만했는데 크게 넓진 않았어요~

편안하고 친절한 호텔
개인적으로는 관광보다는 휴양이 목적이었기 때문에 최적의 선택이었습니다. 스텝들은 굉장히 친절했고, 의사소통(내가 영어를 잘 못함)도 잘 되었습니다. 청결도는 좋으나 최신의 느낌이 아닌 올드한 느낌의 편안한 호텔입니다. 다운타운을 가려면 10분이내의 툭툭이를 이용해야되나 조용함을 원하면 최적인듯.

앙코르 유적지를 둘러보기에는 최고의 숙소
가격도 합리적이고, 룸컨디션도 여타 다른 동남아 호텔들에 비해서는 나쁘지 않은 편. 조식도 괜찮았고 무엇보다 호텔 로비옆의 레스토랑이 최고였습니다. 호텔 내 스파며 툭툭 소개비용 등이 합리적이어서 이용하기에 좋았습니다.

앙코르왓이 10분내에 있는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 에어컨잘되고 냉장고도있고 아침식사도 괜찮습니다.

It was really nice. staff was really friendly and meal also nice. Especially noodle soup is sooo nice. You can go to museum just walk and also market.(but go to market takes 30mins to walk so just use tuk-tuk) I took cooking class, I think it was really special experience! I can go traditional market and I can learn Khmer cuisine.

늦은 밤에 도착했는데 그 때 저희를 맞은 당직 직원 빼고 나머지 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 매니저가 특히 일 처리를 하는데 있어서 열정적이었구요. 펍스트릿 등지와 거리는 좀 있습니다만 덕분에 밤에 아주 조용하고 좋습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 마사지 가게가 있는데 앙코르와트에서 많이 걷고 나서 거기서 마사지 받고 자면 딱 하루가 적절하게 끝나더군요.

가격대비 좋은 호텔이었습니다 특히 직원들이 친절해서 마음이 편했고 바삐 돌아다니느라 수영장은 이용 안했지만 편안한 휴식을 취할때 수영장을 이용하면 좋을 것 같습니다 툭툭이 소개가격이 12불이고 다른 서비스가격도 합리적이었습니다

직원들의 친절도는 5성급.
직원들의 친절도와 서비스 정신이 정말 최곱니다. 관광 후 돌아오면 차가운물수건과 항상 밝은 미소로 맞이해주네요. 객실 수준은 여느 3성급 호텔이지만 직원들의 친절함은 5성급 이상입니다. 재방문 의사도 있을 뿐만 아니라 앙코르 와트를 방문하는 지인들에게도 추천해주고 싶은 호텔이네요.

객실상태는 좋았으며 개인적으로 박물관이 가까워 편리했습니다. 단지 펍스트리트와의 거리가 떨어져 있어 고립된 느낌이 약간 있었습니다 물론 툭툭이를 이용해서 이부분 많이 불편하지는 않았구요 전체적으로 무난한 호텔인것 같습니다

Great Family Feel to this Hotel
A perfect place to stop when in Siem Reap. Completely different from the large, corporate, sterile hotels elsewhere in the town, this hotel and the staff make for feel welcome, and part of their family, from the moment you walk in the door. Food, service and staff are all excellent, friendly and they cannot do enough for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the wifi service is good enough for catching up on things (if you need to). There is easy access to other parts of the town and tourist attractions. We stayed for three nights before continuing our journey down the Mekong river and this was the perfect start to our holiday. We’d thoroughly recommend the hotel and would go back if we ever visit Siem Reap again.

Cambodia is a great destination.
There was nothing bad about this experience. Just a few tweaks needed: Electric light switches were a little tricky. Laundry service was a bit pricey for Cambodia and 2-for-2 we got someone elses clothing returned to us. Mr Sivuth, the hotels tuk-tuk driver assigned to us was exceptionally competent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were very vintage and the shower cubical was not fully furnished, the place is very comforting and cozy. The TV often gets bad signal.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were polite and eager to help especially Sey in the bar /restaurant. During the day Darra couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size and a large very comfortable bed , and was cleaned daily. The hotel was a about a 8 minute drive by tuk tuk to the main temple area's. The staff where friendly and helpful during the whole of my stay.

Good price hotel with transportation.
The hotel has a good location to Angkor wat. The hotel can arrange transportation by rickshaw. They are old style when it comes to key locks. The problem with the hotel is that in order to use electricity, you need to insert the key card into a slot near a door.

The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. They always greeted me whenever I entered or exited the property. Bella at the front desk went above and beyond and made my stay in Cambodia memorable. I've worked in customer service in the past and I know excellent service when I see it. The staff at Silk D'Angkor provides nothing but the best service imaginable. Thank you so much for welcoming me into Siem Reap! I will only stay at this hotel whenever I come back to Cambodia.

Absolutely WONDERFUL hotel in the amazing Siem Reap. An incredible staff who made our stay amazing. The main reception ladies- Bella and Maria were constantly telling us tips about the area and helped us. Our hotel-hired tuk tuk driver, Heng, was amazing. Definitely a top notch place if visiting Siem Reap.

The staff at reception and at the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their warmth and their smiles were always very welcoming. They are the biggest asset of this hotel. The chef at the restaurant who prepared our eggs and noodles every morning was also very helpful. We are so grateful for all these people who made our stay such a memorable one. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The lunch and dinner restaurant very good. Pool is great in the afternoon heat. Wait to book June or July vacation. The room was offered half price of what I booked in February. Cheaper to book Angkor Wat tour with hotel. But guide Jack will skip some temples or convince you there is nothing to see. Two day tour could have been done in one day. Do your homework if you are coming for Angkor circuits.

C’est un vieil hôtel superbement gardé à prix très bien. Petit déjeuner inclus des plus complet et un service impeccable. Le seul petit défaut, est qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation nulle part dans toutes les aires communes de l’hotel, donc le corridors, le restaurant, le lobby, peuvent atteindre 30 Celsius, mais les reste très bien
