직원들이 너무 바빠서 그런 건지 매우 사무적이었고, 또한 직원들끼리 서로 의사소통하는 과정에서도 언쟁을 하는 태도를 고객에게 보여주어 다소 불편했습니다.

Hotel with nice location
We stayed at NH siena hotel for two nights in May. It is located at the street which ia a bit distance from main campo plaza but convenient location to take a bus to Firenze. Room is somewhat small and not enough space for putting suite casea for two people. The room that we stayed did not have bath tub, only shower booth. No parking space at the hotel, you need to find a spot in oublic parking lot which is 2 min driving from the hotel or leave at valet parking with 25euro per day. We did park at the public parking lot and it took five to ten minutes to get an empty spot. There is a kind of play park next to the hotel so many family with kids come to the place and so parking was more or less crowded during our stay over the weekend. Breakfast menu is quite good with variety of choice and crossants are really tasty and we enjoyed it during the stay. Staffs are OK not impressively kind nor gentle. Restaurants, bar and mini-market are all closer to the plaza so it takes a few minutes of walking from the hotel and it gives the hotel pretty quite ambience. We did morning walk up to the cathedral or the plaza every day during our stay. Both local and regional bus stops at the bus stop in front of the hotel so quite convenient. Also police station is just next to the hotel so security and safety are guaranteed. I would recommend this hotel for travellers who want to avoid crowdeness or busy neighbors to relax and rest. Basiq quality of NH hotel chain are secured as well

청결도 제로 친절도 제로 추천하지 않습니다!
매우 불쾌한 호텔이었습니다. 미리 레이트체크인. 3일 예약이 각각 따로 되어서 룸체인지 없이 숙박요청을 미리 메일보내 컨펌받았음에도 불구하고 예약이 하루밖에 확인이 안된다고 하질 않나 ㅡ 결국 지가 일일이 확인해줘야했음 ㅡ 그리곤 3일 예약이 따로따로라 방을 주욱 연결해줄수있을지 모른다고 해서 짐도 안풀고 자야했고. 룸 서럽엔 누가 멋어놓은것인지ㅠ모를 속옷이 그냥있었고 욕실도 청소상태가 영 아니었습니다. 늦고 피곤해서 일단 자고 다음날 불쾌한 마음으로 이 상황을 얘기했더니 룸청소하준다기에 노! 하고 룸 변경받았는데 웃긴건 관광하고 돌아오니 룸청소는 또 안되어있네요! 하는 말이 제예약 어쩌고 .. ㅇ케약관련 야기는 세번이나 리셉션에 했고 27일 체크아웃이라고했는데도요 고저히 별 4개호텔이라곤 판단할수가 없어요 사워기 수압은 너무 쫄쫄이라 불편했고요 그리고 !!!!! 제일 기분나빳던게 친구와 둘이 가려다가 혼자 가게되었는데 시티택스를 2명분것과 사용하지도 않은 바와 숙박에 포함 ㅇ케약이었던 조식 요금까지 청구하더군요. 혼자 숙작했는데 왜 2인의 시티텍스를 3일을 물어야하냐 했더니 두명예약이라 그렇다고합니다 로마 아씨씨 경유 호텔 3군데를 지내고 왔는데 이런 도둑질은 처음이네요. 도둑은 ㅎㅎ 길에만 있는게 아니었어요 아 이 호탤 좋은 점은 바로 그람시광장 바로 앞이라 도시간 이동이 매우 편리하다는 점이 유일했습니다!

It was filthy. The property was impressive when we first entered the main foyer and the staff was friendly. However, once we hit the elevator button, conditions were horrible. Holes in the ceilings, and a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, and our room made our skin crawl. It was beyond filthy and it looked like someone had a major 'fluid problem' that ended up on the floor and walls. Our bathroom smelled profusely of urine. I didn't dare take a shower...

Una struttura non recente, con camere evidentemente mai rammodernate e forniture usurate. Questo vale per qualsiasi cosa: dal comodino alla doccia. In particolare il bagno con la porta della doccia sporca e arrugginita che nemmeno si chiudeva, così come il piano del lavandino pieno di macchie di umidità. La posizione non é male, in 10 min a piedi si arriva in duomo. Il letto invece grande e comodo. La colazione scadente: diversi piatti pasticciati, quasi tutti senza etichetta e allergeni. In dettaglio poca frutta. Non é mancato di trovare capelli sulle salviette. Non consiglio di pernottare qui

while it is in a good location. it is hard to find parking. staff is not as helpful. do not stay if you have another choice. I honestly feel like it was a waste. dirty floor, hair ball, lint under the chair moldy bathrooms a/c not working in our room my request for adjacent room was not honored glass shower door hinge broken, almost impossible to open and the glass rubbing against the shower floor, in danger of breaking. they said they will look at it, but did not bother to check it out.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH
Hotel is very old especially in the rooms , some taps are rusty, beds are lose and noisy when you turn and staff are not helpful. Very expensive for what it is. No iron and boards in the rooms so basically you have to carry you dirty linen all the way to the bicycles repair room where there is one iron and board for the whole hotel. If you are not lucky you have to wait for a long time to get to your turn if you have two people in front of you while people come in and out repairing bicycles. ITS A JOKE OF A HOTEL

Ok hotel
Great and central location. It’s an old building so our room did NOT have air conditioning… when we complained to the staff they said “you can open the window for air” They have no free parking but they have a company that can valet the car for 30 euros… do this as parking is difficult.

El check in fue tarde, pasado las 3.30pm porque el cuarto no estaba listo. Las llaves no funcionaban, el internet deficiente. El personal en recepción no está calificado para una atención al público.

Overall disappointing stay.
Upon arrival we felt like this was going to be an excellent stay. We found the room clean and comfortable, but we could not get the a/c to keep us comfortable. It had a governor on the controls. The location of hotel is good, but there are very few restaurants nearby to choose from. One evening after a long, tiring day of touring, we wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant. When we asked for a table we were told that the restaurant was closed for a private party and that the kitchen had a very limited menu. This forced us to leave hotel and walk to a restaurant.

Air conditioning was poor. Parking was a big problem. Staff were great.

Good location just outside main centre of Siena but easy walking to shopping areas/piazza etc. Big room with comfy bed and all amenities. Staff helpful during check in when my booking via Expedia wasn’t showing up. Excellent range of breakfast options. Some road noise but nothing you wouldn’t expect in a busy city.

Great location next to centre of town and Duomo area. 10 minutes by taxi from Siena rail station. Lots of very good small local restaurants within a few hundred metres. Good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts very much.

The NH Siena has a great location. However the breakfast buffet was dismal for NH standards. I asked for croissants and in a thirty minute period they were not delivered. Likewise with many options in the buffet. Other than this a great hotel.
