Staff were great, food was good.
There is ZERO communication once you pay. I sent SEVEN messages to the property via expedia, there direct email and the contact us page on the website to let them know wed arrvie early.
Not one reply.
Also, i dont know if i matters the room, but every single time the elevator gets used you can hear it in the room.

This is my second time checking in this place. And all i can i say I totally love it. The room is spacious, they also have utensils, kitchenware that you can use if you wanna cook your meal. The pool is great as well. And this place is also very close to Malls and other popular places in Manila. lastly i love this place because of the Host. It was very easy communicate with the host. The host is very nice and accomodating. Will definitely recommend this place and I will surely use this again next time.

staff hmmm lack of explanation in room number, after checking in our room was 1213, we go elavator then it’s only up to 7th flr only, luckily there’s a hotel staff nearby & I ask where’s 1213 he said it’s 2nd flr & I ask the hire staff how do u read this? he said it’s 1213 & he agreed with me that it’s supposed to be 12th flr then he lead us to the room in 2nd flr
