“Great clean place for the price. They don’t start making an effort on the food quality, quantity till after Thursday. We got there on Tuesday first few days it was less then average, come the week got a lot better.
We ordered soft drinks trip with the kids. But bar service by the pool and servers in the lab y bar could have been much better. Very weak service.
Walid & staff from Front Desk was amazing.
Ahmed from Room Service (1326&1325) was amazing with service and cleanliness.

“The hotel was fine, and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mustafa from kitchen , David from reception, Maria from animation team.
The only problem with the hotel was internet connection. There is no free wifi in the rooms, only in lobby but the connection was very poor. Thats very strange in all inclusive hotel that the internet is a problem.”
