We had issues with the AC, but the staff worked hard to rectify it, which they did. This is a good but basic hotel. Not budget, just basic. Great location, very central. Would stay again.

It was a very good hotel and was centrally connected to major attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The front staff were very helpful. My only negative comment is about the breakfast place. It was very crowded and vegetarian options can be improved. Otherwise, an excellent choice

A good hotel, elevators were slow and often had to wait long periods of time to go up to the room. The room was basic but comfortable, my only complaint is the noise, I could hear doors slamming shut. A basic hotel at a good price.

I liked the area. It was easy to get to the MRT or to catch a bus. There was lots of shopping and eating areas within walking distance. The hotel was excellent with great staff.

Staff were just fine. My room had a king size bed and a single bed, but the room was too small for both beds. The middle person couldn't get out of the bed except from the foot of the bed. Worse - there were only two light switches - one for the bathroom and one for the whole rest of the room. If someone had to go to the bathroom In the middle of the night, the bathroom light shone directly into the eyes of the other two sleeping. We never did figure out the room temperature controls. Just plane bad room design. We all had a bad night's sleep.
