Absolutely fabulous! Great things too numerous to mention. Staff were excellent, Ladies-in-Red, especially Emma,and Sha in the fantastic breakfast room. Within the refurbished Capitol building, this is an iconic hotel that excels in hospitality. The staff are the high point and work hard to accommodate guest needs. The only minor issue is that if you’re in a low floor the views from the guest rooms can be limiting - but unavoidable in such a building. Would happily stay again.

From the moment we checked in, Areen’s immaculate hospitality made us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The next morning, Cheryl’s attentiveness at breakfast added a wonderful touch to our experience. While there were some hiccups — our breakfast orders were mixed up twice — the overall experience more than made up for it. After all, we’re all human, and a few small missteps can be easily forgiven when the service and sincerity shine through. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebration such a special one.
