I had an issue with no hot water when we arrived and they sent out teh maitenance man pretty quickly and he got us hot water pretty quick. My sister and i feel safe there and enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub."

The electricity went out due to a storm, and we were stack in the elevator for just maybe two minutes, if even that. Great place to stay. I have stayed here for 12 years and will continue to do so in the future."
