"An extraordinary hotel - amazing staff, wonderful location and the best infinity pool view of my life. Thank you so much for making my stay unforgettable."
"We absolutely loved this hotel, well it’s actually more of a villa, great pool, incredible view, and even better staff, film our villa manager was fantastic from the moment we arrived to when we had a mix up with our ferry home, film looked after everything ! Look no further Go on book it, this is the one ! "
"Had a great stay, lovely cottage with plenty of space. Felt at one with nature.
Ryan was on hand to help sort day trips etc a real asset to the resort.
Would recommend to stay"
"Owners are very welcoming, the whole place was spotless and modern. Photos do not do the place justice.
We only had a night wish we had more.
Really beautiful boutique hotel. "
"Wow! Probably the best service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Angela, our butler, was extremely attentive and the other staff we met in the resort were very helpful and friendly (special call out for Lif).
Rooms were spacious and beautiful, which great ocean views. Restaurants had great food. Would highly recommend a stay here."

10/10 Excellent
"Ignore the slightly perfunctory greeting at the ao po marina office - this place is incredible. We had a 2 bed pool villa and I think it will never be beaten in terms of view and comfort.
My tips:
1. take a plug adapter (no international plug in room)
2. make sure you have cash as some restaurants/bars around the resort only take cash and the atm at the local shop is frequently out of order….
3. It is easy to take a grab to the marina but the marina restricts grab pick ups in favour of their own taxis. We still got a grab to our next destination but had to walk out of the gate of the Marina
The staff were the friendliest we have ever had and knew our names and the food and drink was nice and varied. The view from breakfast is wonderful.
"
"Excellent in every way, except: no beer in the restaurant, but they will get one from the mini mart.
Spectectecular views.
Staff are exceptional, even for Thailand."
"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a
Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "
"when the time we arrive, our next room was in construction, the painting smell caused us can't use the balcony. The hotel offering us the deluxe room with the pool but we didn't want to pack all the things back to luggage so we refused, instead they gave us a free meal. The staff was nice and try hard to solve the problem."
