Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. "Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"
