"Front desk lady at check in was lovely. Room was pretty clean, only thing was the shower stall in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried soap suds on the wall, hair, and chewed gum on top of the shower head. Otherwise the room was perfectly fine."

"Clean property. Met single nite stay needs/expectations. Zero email/txt communication from hotel to provide door code/room# prior to arrival, per policy instructions. Called hotels.com/propery #x5 and got recording. No callback. 3 hotel guests let us into lobby@10pm and remained with us until live ..."
