"The hotel was beautiful and modern. I loved the amentities and the room was great. BIG problem was that only 1 of the 3 guestroom elevators was working. You can't climb the stairs for 14 floors with all of your luggage, and we waited for more that 13 minutes after we checked in at the lobby desk. ..."

"The Sonder was perfect. Our room was comfortable, all the info shared digitally was all we needed to get set up, location was great. The only complaint I’d have is the number of towels seems to be minimal, but I found extras in the hall which were refurnished each day."

The prices at the restaurant are over priced and I would gladly go to a Denny's over this place. We had brunch at the restaurant and it cost over $165 for 7 of us. It should've cost only about half of that. The average price comes to over $20 a head.

Nothing really there. Kind of isolated by the Roadhouse Inn. 5 minutes from the Falls which was good. Perhaps we didn’t see the part of town we should have, but where the Inn was, there was nothing else. Lots of folks at the restaurant though!
