"When I arrived the front desk staff was helping a gentleman. She was friendly, took her time, conversational. I approached. She was short, nasty, REPEATEDLY called my service animal a pet after multiple corrections, wanted my credit card for “incidentals” but couldn’t define incidentals and got irritated ..."
