“Everything was perfect. It's impeccable!!”

They requested an ETA and asked that I message them once boarded on the water taxi which I did. After all that nobody was there. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone make their way over. “Amazing staff and location . If I ever go back to Venice I will be staying here again!”

“Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there.”

“Bath rooms tiny, water pressure low, transportation inconvenient and difficult during high tide. Apt. Very clean and good for family and groups not interested in eating in due to second bedroom/dining room combo. For non initiated with sanitation rules somewhat inconvenient.”
