Great hotel! The only issue we had was no hot water for shower the first night. By the third night we had enough hot water. It appears that hot water heaters will be replaced soon.

It's a good place to stay when we visit. Staff is service focused and very nice to interact with. Breakfast is wonderful!

I ordered a handicapped room near the elevator or on first oor. Got 4th floor snd was told it was hsndicapped fitted. IT WAS NOT. Toilet was super low to the ground with no grab bar. Got a bathtub instead of z roll i shower i hsd asked for. Sink in baghroo. Wzs too hight to sccess from wheelchair. Could only Ccess o e side of the bed. Room was unacceptable

The carpet in the room I was staying in had at least 2 major stains of at least 2 feet. The heating system made additional noise when it came on.

Check in clerk was fantastic. When I was dropping off the key cards, the person barely looked up from his phone to acknowledge me. Room was a great size and very usable space. Largest complaint was the hot water. Don't know if it was because we were on the 1st floor, but it took several minutes to get warm water. After 5 additional minutes in the shower, was the water actually approaching hot!. Went to get breakfast at 9:30 and many items were already being put away even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 am.

The staff at this hotel is hands down the friendliest and kindest of any stays I’ve ever had. I seriously cannot not even express how absolutely wonderful they were during our visit. The hotel was also very nice, and my husband loved the mattress.

What? I have confirmation?!?
Even having confirmation email of my stay showing it was even paid for, I was turned away being told no availability?!? What a way to start my vacation. Arrival at 9:15pm, told no availability, on phone till 12am trying to sort out confusion, ended up staying 30 minutes away from rest of family, had to repack all belongings next morning to move to original hotel (where rest of family members are), cant check in till 3pm, all personal belongings loaded back in truck no room for passangers all day till 3pm after check in. Not happy at all! Ruined my relaxing vacation with family we have not seen in 5 years. In short, oh, you have a confirmation for your stay and you paid already sorry you cant stay.

There was only a wobbly desk chair in wheels. Only chair in a 2 queen beds room. I had to sit on bed the whole stay. I complained and they said if I want another chair then I had to upgrade. Never experienced this before. 1 chair in a room. They also said this hotel is mainly used my workers. The beds was extremely comfortable. Front desk was very rude after I asked for a better chair at least. Bad service.

An older hotel but well kept. Rooms were spacious but missing some of the newer amenities. WIFI was very good and free. Difficult to figure out TV channels as no menu was provided on the TV. A written channel guide was provided to help.

Mediocre hotel
Pool out of order, one elevator out of order, breakfast first day terribe, second day decent, no bpow dryrr in riom, but we were able to get one from tge front desk. customer service at checkin unfriendly, but did get early checkin. Way too expensive stay fir this hotel in this area.
