This being a La Quinta did live up to the reliable expectations. Decent room, comfortable bed. The hotel itself looked ok. The folks running the front desk are friendly.

Despite the experiences of other reviewers, I had no problem with my recent stay at the Overton. Staff was friendly. Grounds were clean. Room was clean and bathroom held the expected toiletries. Stylish Home - Walk to Texas Tech University!
This home was very welcoming and so comfortable to stay in. Everything was wonderful. I definitely recommend staying here. It was easy to find and in a good neighborhood. I also love that it’s so close to some beautiful parks.
