"A special shoutout to Scott for his patience and professionalism during the check-in process. He was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly stood out and helped create a positive first impression.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, and I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff throughout my visit. The property provided a pleasant atmosphere that made for an enjoyable stay.
My only criticism would be the pricing. While the experience was good, I felt the cost was somewhat high relative to the amenities and overall value offered. That said, I would certainly consider staying here again, especially if the pricing better reflected what was included with the stay.
Thank you again to Scott for his excellent customer service and for helping make the visit a positive one."
"Being a country girl I didn’t realize or read properly that it was dorm rooms not being used in the summer. - My husband and I had a joining room - meaning a double bed in 2 spaces or rooms with the bathroom in between with a sink toilet and shower. No mini fridge no tv which in this case was ok as we were out and about except to sleep. And having your own space and not sharing with spouse was ok. Beds were comfortable. No hair dryer. Only 3 hangers Good WiFi the area was great for public transport with subway and above ground trains and bikes to rent. Good non box store places to eat. Value for your money"
"This is a new hotel less than a year old. European style layout. Nice full length windows for viewing of the city. Walkable to Roger Center, CN Tower and a very trendy restaurant Kost. The breakfast buffet is a great feature of the hotel. Fresh tasteful food with a wide selection. The staff have to be the most friendly I have witnessed in awhile and they do seem to know every guest and speak to you every morning at breakfast and greet you every evening on your return to the hotel. A nice personal touch."
"Best value you’ll find in the city! Let’s face it, the rooms are small, but if you’re only looking to have a safe spot to sleep and leave your bags, just go there. Common bathrooms were clean and the showers stalls are all separated by doors."
"Excellent location for downtown activities. Friendly staff. Air conditioning was very loud and made an annoying sound all night. Filters need cleaning!"
