The staff at Crestwood is the absolute best. I stay there regularly and they always go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! I go to Snowmass 20-30 times a year for business and Crestwood is always my first option for a place to stay.

We love Crestwood. The customer service is top notch. Every condo we have stayed in is very clean, very comfortable! The pool and hot tub areas are clean and beautiful. We always look forward to our next trip to Crestwood.

Nice spot central to everything in snowmass. Friendly staff! Not really the property’s fault, but if staying on a bottom floor, you can hear all the footsteps from up above. Early morning young child running around was a little unpleasant, but otherwise a great stay.

Absolutely loved everything about this property!

Amazing property! Steps from the slopes and ski right back to just steps to the condo. The staff are all amazing, kind, friendly and helpful. 3 hot tubs and a heated pool which were never crowded. Comfortable bed and accommodations. Condo had everything we needed to cook, bake, sit by the fire, watch TV, or enjoy the view of the lifts and the slopes. The property has a shuttle service or take the Snowmass shuttle into Aspen or anywhere in the area. Amazing trip and fantastic property in every way! I also really enjoyed the free laundry in the building and the ski locker right outside my door.

We loved the chalet loft concept of our place though didn’t know until we arrived that the location was the 3rd building up from the ski run. Skiing off was a short walk but returning was a longer hike up many flights of stairs. Our unit was very clean though and overall a very nice stay.

We visited during the summer and enjoyed the pool, hiking and many activities in the area. We stayed in a premier level unit, and it exceeded our expectations. The finishes were high-end and comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. (The only negative is that the dryers did not heat well. We let staff know, and hopefully, that is not the permanent condition. Don't wait until the last minute to do laundry!) We absolutely would stay here again!

Great spot in Snowmass if you need low-frills lodging at a "reasonable" cost. The staff was very communicative and accomodating for our needs. Be aware that the condos are on the mountain so there's a chance you might hear the snow groomers at 6:30am. Additionally, the "loft" in these units has low wood beams on the ceiling due to the A-frame build so if you're taller than the average NBA forward, you'll need to exercise additional care when walking around in the loft area or wear your ski helmet inside, especially at night.
