“Loved our stay at Mark’s Place. If you want to experience life in Moorea like the locals then Mark’s the place. Homes are Tahitian styled and built by Mark. Yes there’s the chickens and dogs so expect to wake up around 4-5 am like the locals. FYI there’s no AC but ceiling fan and portable fan makes it comfortable. “We stayed for 2 nights & we’re able to sleep like babies both nights. It was very quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off in the morning before we could check in & they kept them safe while we went on our forts day’s adventures. Awesome place, just wish they had a nice machine. ”

“What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!”
