“Loved our stay at Mark’s Place. If you want to experience life in Moorea like the locals then Mark’s the place. Homes are Tahitian styled and built by Mark. Yes there’s the chickens and dogs so expect to wake up around 4-5 am like the locals. FYI there’s no AC but ceiling fan and portable fan makes it comfortable. “Convenient and clean pace to stay in Papeete before a 2am check in for flight to NZ. Had everything we needed except cups or mugs. Would have been good to have cuppa before getting a few hours sleep. Easy 8 min walk down to the airport terminal ”
