It’s definitely a different style to most other hotels in terms of the interior design which was refreshing. The shower and bath tub were excellent. I enjoyed my stay for 1 night and would definitely stay there again. The location is also really good - right in the centre of Sofia.

Great location, spacious room, very clean & pleasant. However they took 1 1/4hrs to fix my tv & explain how to get it on but worst thing ever was the breakfast service. It took an hour to have cereal, tea & bread (not toast) & had to ask for butter & waitress seemed shocked that I wouldn’t have bread with jam only (maybe it’s a Bulgarian thing). I was kept waiting for ages (although they did apologize for the lift being out-of-order) but at one point there was no-one even working in the restaurant & I was there entirely by myself! Also they didn’t have any juice! On the 2nd morning I asked to take my breakfast away but it was dry toast with ham & tomato but again no drink! I had to eat elsewhere. I would recommend if you do stay in the hotel, do not eat in there! The worst (lack of) service I have received in my life!

L'hotel si trova proprio in Vitosha boulevard, centralissimo. Tra l'altro fornisce anche un comodissimo servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto. Le camere sono magnifiche, arredate con cura e confortevoli. Il personale e ' gentilissimo. La colazione è servita nel ristorante dell hotel, e non è abuffet, ma c'è da scegliere tra 4 tipi di colazione Comunque molto abbondante e appetitosa. Non ho mai preso un mezzo per spostarmi, ero vicina a tutto. Comunque c'è anche la stazione della meteo vicino.

Chambre OK, petit déjeuner un désastre
Hôtel bien situé dans une grande rue marchande. Chambre bien insonorisée et bien aménagée, si ce n'est que le lit au centre de la chambre donne l'impression qu'il n'y a pas de place. Le personnel de la réception n'a pas été très utile. Je recommanderai l'hôtel si le petit déjeuner n'était pas une catastrophe. Quatre menus à choix qui ne nous ont été servis complets qu'une fois sur quatre, le dernier jour il y avait une rupture de stock de beurre! Des ados au services qui ne comprennent pas bien l'anglais. Le summum a été atteint le soir du 31 décembre où nous sommes partis après 4h sans avoir attendu le dessert, mais ça, c'est une autre histoire. Le personnel de l'hôtel se défausse en répondant qu'ils ne sont pas responsables du restaurant.

don't ask for the fitness- breakfast
breakfast is poor - staff does not understand English and the "fitness breakfast" consists of plain yoghourt, some sirup and 4 raspberries + granola (the granola was excellent) - the "sliced fruit platter" was a banana (with peel in one piece) - when I asked for the sliced fruit, or other fruit I received an apple cut in four pieces (unpeeled) - orange juice, from a carton or bottle, not freshly squeezed was only served upon request and the coffee was just ok. Perfekt beliggenhed. Smagfuld og spændende indretning, men ikke særlig komfortable møbler. Sengen og badet dog god. Morgenmad ikke spændende og en vis forvirring hos det unge personale om indholdet af de faste morgenmadsmenuer. Men overordnet set et godt velbeliggende hotel, der kan anbefales.

Nice location in central Sofia
Very central location in the middle of the main walking street. Free parking right outside the hotel, but limited number of them. Small hotel with few services. Breakfast is basic, and not buffet. Hotel restaurant is otherwise OK. Our room (executive) was fine and spacious.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the rooms are old and require renovation. In the restaurant it is better to clearly ask for a full breakfast, otherwise you may be served just half of it. No buffet.

Overall ok - beds are comfy, location is great. But the rooms are dark, service is not at par. There was no iron in room, asked for one and they said it can be provided next day, had to call again for one. Breakfast is poor quality and the service at breakfast is not great (Chips and Egg). For the amount they charge, its advised to stay at other branded hotels.

Location is outstanding! The folks from the staff were super helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is designed in a cheerful and cute way. The room facilities are quite limited tho. The size of the safe was a real downer - it couldn’t even fit an iPad, let alone a full-sized laptop.

The property is in a great location. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff assisted us with items we needed but not overly friendly. The server in the restaurant did not speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate. Overall this is an excellent location, great price, and very nice. It is one of the nicer hotels in the area

Great little hotel! The location is perfect because it's right by the Pedestrian walkway with all sorts of shops and restaurants. The hotel has two parking spots in front. The front desk staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. Try the fitness breakfast - it's a work of art. The room is on the small side but adequate with fridge, safe, and a large bathroom. The fixtures are modern and the water is hot. Loved it all!

Buon hotel in posizione centralissima
Sofia è una piccola città, per cui ogni posizione andrebbe bene, ma nonostante questo l’hotel riesce essere perfettamente centrale. Si raggiunge dall’aeroporto prendendo la metropolitana e in un paio di fermate si è a Serdica, da lì inizia il viale Vithosa dove l’hotel si distingue subito con il suo mosaico di fiori. La camera standard in cui abbiamo soggiornato era un po’ piccola ma aveva tutti i comfort e persino i prodotti della RITUALS disponibili in bagno, mentre invece la colazione mi ha deluso molto. Viene servita nel ristorante adiacente dove si sceglie fra una selezione piuttosto ridotta di opzioni e non è molto abbondante, per cui non valeva la differenza di prezzo pagata. Consiglio di soggiornare qui ma di prendere una camera Superior e di evitare la colazione: meglio andare in una pasticceria tipica che qui ce ne sono molte veramente buone!
