I am always skeptical when staying at pensions but this hotel is amazing! The property and room was very clean and well furnished. The decor and ambiance were very cute, and they had facilities such as a cafe lounge, mini mart in the lobby, wifi and free laundry room. Parking was also very easy, even when returning late at night. I checked in very late (3am) but I arranged it beforehand with the staff and they left the key and very clear instructions at the front desk for me. The room had every appliance and comfort I could need, and bagels and fresh towels were delivered to my room daily. If I ever come to this area again I will return to this hotel!

주차가 좀 어려웠어요. 바로앞에 주차할수 있는공간이 있는데 손님이 많아서 멀리 주차해야했어요.. 찾아가는길도 좁아서 무섭고 좀 힘들었어요.. 객실은 만족해요 바베큐 시설도 좋았어요. 깨끗한 편이예요. 전체적으로 만족하나 길이 아숩네요

친절하고 내부나 외부 청결 상태가 매우 좋습니다. 분리수거장도 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있습니다. 자동차 전기 충전도 가능 하고 주변 편의 시설은 부족 해서 방문시 최대한 장을 봐서 준비해 오시면 쉬었다 가기에 참 좋은 곳입니다. 강추 입니다.

간만에 정말 마음에 들었던 숙소예요! 다음에 양양오거든 또 올 것 같습니다. 정말 친절하셨고, 숙소도 깔끔했습니다. 체크인 할 때 사람들이 몰리면 좀 한참 기다려야하는데, 손님 한분한분 꼼꼼히 체크해주시기 때문에 시간이 느린거더라구요. 체크인의 제일 마지막 순서여서 오래 기다리느라 불만이었는데, 방 업그레이드 가능한지 체크해주시고, 입실 가능한 방 중에 컨디션 괜찮은 곳 직접 둘러보고 선택할 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 한 곳은 약간 비릿한 냄새가 났는데, 다른 곳은 쾌적해서 깔끔한 방에서 머물 수 있었어요. 원래 오션뷰 방이 아니었는데, 오션뷰(바다가 아주 멀리 보이는 숙소이긴 함) 방을 받아서 좋았습니다. 저희 앞 순서에 어떤 분들이 예약에 문제가 있던 상황이더라구요. 익스피디아든 아고다든 예약한다음 꼭 리조트에 문의해서 예약 됐는지 확인하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 예약이 안되었음에도 그 손님들이 다른 숙소를 잘 갈수있도록 따로 또 안내를 해주시는 것 같았어요. 주차가 조금 당혹스러운데, 오션동 주차 강력 비추천합니다. 파인동 주차장을 추천해요. 파인동 주차장에서도 숙소 가는 길 잘 되어있고, 넓직하고 경사도가 약해서 주차하기 편합니다. 반면 오션동 주차장은 가는 길이 좁으면서 경사도가 심하고, 코너도 많이 꺾어야해서 주차하기도 어렵고, 빠져나오기도 쉽지가 않습니다. 위험해 보이기도 했구요. 파인동 주차 추천합니다.
