"I have stayed here three times now and each time I receive the same great service, a clean room, beautiful view of the inlet, and close proximity to all I ever need. I especially like the location that provides access to a great walk."

"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future."
