"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"A hotel this big and popular should at least have iron to offer. Also breakfast not good at all. Convenient area to stay at, close to most good places to visit and eat. But hotel it self very just average "

"Room cleaniness was okay. But the toilet design (shower and WC shared the same door. Hence, only one can be closed at any point in time)is not suitable for travel mates who are not that familiar with each other."
