You can tell how much thought and care the staff puts into making this an amazing place to stay, from the small touches in the rooms to the fun activities around the grounds. Room was in good condition. Spa was not very well attended showers need remodel and we’re not being cleaned - towels were not picked up it did not give a good impression. Spa services and entrance fees were overpriced for quality and appearance. Room service was extremely slow - front desk staff was very nice but hotel is understaffed. Grounds are kept nice. Corporate element is very noticeable and has ruined what was once a beautiful resort.
