โBeautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

โRecently my wife and I spent a couple of days in Dubai , UAE. We stayed at the Creston Suites Holiday Homes.
Location was very central, literally part of the Dubai Mall.
Standard of the accommodation was very good.
Amenities were more than adequate
Out contact person, Mahmoud was obliging and a real gentleman. He helped us with our luggage, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get a taxi
We enjoyed our stay immendly

โThe location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel.
The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence.
I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less.
I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent.

โGreat location once we found it (access through Bloomingdaleโs in Dubai Mall or from the street). Good view from the 27th floor but disappointed that the balcony door was permanently locked. Comfortable studio apartment with enough room for a coupleโ

Y tuve que esperar 40 mins abajo aunq el lugar sea muy lindo estos detalles cambian toda la estancia sin poder disfrutarla
