“Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...

“This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person. Excellent breakfast every morning, friendly staff who respected my pronouns and great restaurants nearby . Multi cultural mix of people and a nice retro hotel . What’s not to like ”

“Amazing stay at El Mouradi Palace, Sousse! Stayed Jan 2–18 for my honeymoon and a small party—everything was perfect. Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels worldwide, but this one is special. Recommend Full Board—the food is amazing. Thanks to Mr. Sahbe (Duty Manager) for his kindness and hospitality.”
