"The staff were super friendly and great to work with. The bathroom in our room had moisture stains on the floor and on the side of the tub. The inside of the tub also had dark stains. The shower control was super finicky and the tab wouldn’t stay up on the spout, in order to keep the water pressure at its highest. The max water pressure, (when the tab was held up,) wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t unexpected for a hotel. Also, there were only a few outlets available to us. Almost every outlet was occupied with wires to various devices, tv, coffee, lights, etc.."

"This is only my 3rd stay at a Hyatt property and I must say that I loved it. Check in was great and Jo Ana was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She upgraded our room as the hotel was not full. Thank you JoAna for making our stay memorable. I’ll be back for sure!"

"Always clean. Smells so good as soon as you walk in. With a stroller and two kiddos walking to the park takes ten minutes tops. Water park is awesome for my kids. 4 and 7. And the big pool in the back. All the staff go above and beyond. "

"Very accommodating "

"The 1st night I came back after a day at Disneyland, there was a moth flying around in the room, then I saw ants in bathroom sink & some in shower. I found that there was a small hole in the bottom of the door so that could be why. Sound can be kind of loud from cars racing down the street. I went down for the free breakfast, the tater tots weren’t warm at all, tasted like they didn’t get cooked at all. The eggs & sausage tasted not fresh at all. It made me queasy after. I guess that’s why it’s free. They did have complimentary valet parking because the lot is full. There is no shuttle either. The Anaheim resort transit (ART) is still operating during my stay but never stopped at the bus station. FYI, They are stopping operation after March 30,2026. I chose this because it was cheaper than the closer hotels to Disneyland but if you can afford to spend a little bit more for a nicer hotel I would recommend doing that instead of staying here. "
