"Very modern and minimalistic."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean by most standards however the bathroom needed a renovation. Drywall and caulk issues as well some rust around the metal door frame. There are a lot of trees right up against the building so I did two termites in our room. The fan in the bathroom is on some kind of timer or something so it was running a lot with no way to turn it off and it was loud. "

"Excellent Front Desk Staff!! I had my 83 year old mother in law visiting. They were so kind to provide me with a wheel chair to transport her through the walkway and to her room. Valet was amazing, they were quick, engaging and very professional. Housekeeping was attentive and very accommodating when they provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste after we forgot to bring ours. Pool and beach staff were fantastic too. I will definitely book again in my next return. It was a one day stay but it was well worth it. I was in room 1284 amazing view of the Beach. "

"The room was spacious and perfect if you were coming with a group or family because it's large and reasonable. The hotel itself is not on the beach. You only get towels for the beach and pool for the number of people you are. There is no resort feel whatsoever, so I don't believe the resort fees are valid. You can't have a drink by the pool or you will be told to put it on a table. The staff at the pool did not help anyone put their umbrellas up. My fiance literally must have put up 20 the one day because if you asked someone, they would say 'just pull the arms up.' There are no cleaning services unless you request them. The gym is across the street, barely has any equipment and if very hot, with hot water in the water cooler. There are no towels except paper towels, and you can't even clean the equipment. We will not stay here again, especially when there are much nicer properties on the beach nearby."

"If and WHEN I do go back to Key West, I will always choose the Blue Flamingo. Staff was awesome and room was so cute and clean. Bartenders at the bar were also really great(shoutout Irina) and the food out of the Rum Room was phenomenal."
