“Good price”

“I like the cleanliness. But I didn't like the fact that the air conditioner barely worked”

“The first room on the ground floor we got had electrical problem with light switch and lamps by the bed. We were quickly given a new room on the second floor. Room was clean but bathtub had what looked like cigarette burns. ”

“The actual room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is easily accessed from the highway and in a good area with restaurants and stores. There seemed to always be an odd smell in the lobby and hallways. Lots of people were staying there for an extended period of time, almost like an apartment building. For the price I would stay there again, but would probably not bring my young children. ”

“It's an affordable quiet place in the area. Just needed a night while I was getting my semi worked on. Rooms were clean. ”

“Everyone is very friendly. Checking in and out was very simple and straight forward. I would recomend staying here over some of the more expensive hotels in the area. Easy access to indianapolis international airport. Thank you for the pleasant stay.”

“the bathroom suffered a flood in the past and the repairs were not done well. They are coming apart. There was cracks in the ceiling. The toilet ring leaks on the floor.”

“stay away. Old, Dingy, peeing paint, the plugs didn't work, it had a broke down full size fridge, and a microwave on the top of it with a cord that didn't reach a plug that wouldn't have worked anyway. No towels or wash clothes except for the used one in the tub. It doesn't feel safe. At check in, the proprietor took a picture of my license with his personal phone. now im worried about that. ”

“Guest services was arguing with a customer when I called the front desk. The bathroom was dirty. The tv remote didnt work. The heater barely worked and was noisy. The room had a weird odor. The front door needed repair. I only stayed here cause I was tired. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lot. The front desk guy in the morning did not aknowledge I had paid a deposit in cash. I had to insist that he should check the room out to get my deposit back. He took forever almost caused...

“No hot water for shower in room 14, bath towels was cloth bare with fringe worn edge s. Quite and cool but window air conditioner made noise all night. But if one or two nights stay great price quick checkout.”

“Great location! Dinning, museums and shops all in walking distance. A very enjoyable neighborhood. ”

“Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. ”
