"I will never stay there again. There was an issue with my room they didn’t have another room like the one I booked so I had to upgrade. They told me it was renovated and it looked so outdated. Couldn’t use the stairs well and my room was on the 35 floor and I had to get stuck waited almost 45 minutes for an elevator sometimes longer. My tv didn’t work. I asked for my room to be cleaned when I left Saturday morning 930am came back at 430pm to a dirty room no towels when they took my towels. I had to go downstairs and complain to get a $50 room credit. 2hrs went by and still no towels brought up to shower and get ready for my girlfriend bday reservation dinner I had to walk the hallway to find towels. When I checked out today I asked if I could still use my room credit after checkout and they said yes. I went to one of the restaurants and when I went to pay I was told they took my credit away after I spoke to the front desk and was told I could still used it. I tried to speak to a manager and the front desk would not get me a manager to speak to. Everyone in the hotel that was leaving in the morning spoke about similar issues one couple even walked the staircase from the 37 floor down to the main floor with their luggage. Overall poor service, poor amenities what i experienced no one should go through"
