Dana, I am so sorry for your inconvenience. I had DoubleQueen rooms available Sunday night so I am not sure what I did when assigning your reservation. Please accept my apology and let us know immediately if we( or other innkeepers) can do anything to improve your stay. I live on site but, didn't hear the noise from your neighbors. If I had, I am not above asking disruptive guests to leave. We offer a family-friendly, safe environment for our guests. Please, consider staying with us again. Selene, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. We were in communication several times before your arrival date. You even completed the request we sent you for check-in information. I don't know what changed in your contact information but we sent you the room number and door code several times. Since you booked through Hotels I don't have a way to contact you directly but sent multiple messages via the Hotels website. If you had come to the hotel, my cell phone is posted on the front door. I am always on property but due to my multiple responsibilities at the hotel, I am hardly ever in the office. If you leave a message I am immediately notified and will call right back. Again, I am sorry and will take your feedback into consideration when looking for additional means to communicate with my guests.
